This is what fall looks like during Thanksgiving on Kiawah Island. But don’t be fooled. Some of the week was SO cold and windy. Today, we got lucky with wonderful weather and a beautiful sunset to end the night.
Fall here is so so random. Some days are beautiful and sunny and in the 70s and others we drop to 30 plus degrees or constant rain. You never know what to expect, but living in the south, that is what we have come to accept.
We loved this session from the Thanksgiving break. They were an absolutely beautiful family from the inside out, and even brought some amazing props from their travels – those fedoras! They decided to go with winter whites for their session and we love how classic it is. This session was photographed around the grounds of The Sanctuary Resort as we slowly moved towards the beach for sunset. We could watch the sunset every night and it would never get old.
