If you are looking for fun things to do on Kiawah or Seabrook Island, consider family portraits! I’ve been photographing the Prophater family since their boys were little toddlers. This includes tantrums, throwing sand, goofy faces, sibling quarrels, pouting, crying, fidgeting and giggles. That’s what makes family portraits so real and the memories last forever. Fast-forward to this most recent portrait session where the boys were so polite, happy and cooperative it really threw me for a loop. I’m not sure who was more proud of the boys…me or their parents. Needless to say this session was breathtaking in so many ways. I love the expressions, the clothing color palette and the shared emotion. We really had a blast together on the beach.
