Spring has ended and Summer has officially begun in the Lowcountry! 100 degree days with 80% humidity are here. It’s that time of year to sit in the shade or on the beach with a cold drink in your hand. If you’re visiting Kiawah or Seabrook this summer — give us a call to book your family portraits.

As you can see, this family was photographed in the peak of Azalea flower blooms this past Spring. This is a great time to visit our sea islands…warm days, cool nights, and not too many no-see-umms. We love families that aren’t afraid to hug and this clan was no exception. We had such a great time together and it really shows in the portraits. Isn’t this a beautiful family?

So if you would like to book a family portrait session with PhotoGraphics, keep in mind that we do sell out early for our most coveted time slot; the hour right before sunset (AKA the golden hour). Most returning families book a few weeks in advance to guarantee the golden hour. Once you know your dates for 2015-16, give us a call and we’ll get y’all on the calendar!

Until then, stay cool and drink plenty of water. It’s getting hot out there!!!
