The first LEED Certified Community of its kind right here on Kiawah Island<\/strong> When Candace Dyal approached me to photograph the building of these Platinum LEED certified homes on Kiawah, I was thrilled. These homes truly represent a new way of living using the highest grade earth\u2013friendly, sustainable materials available. Now I\u2019m motivated to recycle more and save energy. Moreover, I\u2019m even introducing \u201cgreen\u201d into my fine-art projects <\/a>using reclaimed barn wood for my wood carvings and eco-friendly frames for my paintings.<\/p>\n
