How stinking cute is this family!? We have been able to photograph them the last two years in a row at fall time, and they are such a beautiful and kind family. It was a pleasure being able to work with them again. We were able to make our way towards the end of Kiawah Island for their family photo session for a little change in scenery, and we are super happy with how this session turned out!
You never know what to expect with the weather in November, where some days are in the 70s and some are hitting the 30s. Luckily we got pretty nice weather, unfortunately the bugs were another story. Gnats were everywhere! But you would never be able to tell just by looking at the photos – they were all such troopers. The photos turned out so wonderful!
This year the grandparents were able to tag along as well, which was so fun for everyone! We love their coordinating outfits, with blues, whites and creams. They are the perfect example of coordinating but not matchy-matchy. Choose a color scheme and let everyone’s personality come out a bit by adding little prints, pops of color and accessories. For inspiration – we also recommend looking at the colors in a sunset (like the one below). Pastel blues, yellows, oranges, pinks and purples are all such good choices for your ensemble!
