I have had the opportunity to be the lead photographer for Weekend of Jazz eight years in a row now. And it just keeps on getting better and better. This is an event that attracts so many different people who all share a common love – jazz. I am a huge jazz fan so being able to meet Earl has been a real pleasure. Since the beginning of my time photographing this event, Earl and his wife Denise have become great friends, they actually feel more like family now. In fact – I was able to photograph their beautiful wedding years back. It was an incredible event for two wonderful people.
During the Weekend of Jazz I am not only able to photograph events, but experiences as well. These events include wine tastings, yogalates, cooking classes, golf outings, tabata classes, and delicious feasts. It truly is a wonderful time from start to finish. But let me tell you, the performances are absolutely outstanding. It is so amazing to be around such talented people and hear them share their gifts with others. I truly look forward to this event each year.
